A revised Development Plan has been submitted for review for this site. The building plan for this cell tower cannot be approved until the revised Development Plan has been approved. Attach a copy of the approved revised Development Plan to each set of the building plans. 2. This plan indicates new access gates being provided from the right of way to access the cell tower site. Vehicle access from the right of way as indicated is not allowed. Remove gates from plan. Plan indicates a fence being installed in the retention basin. Provide approval from engineering that this will be allowed. 3. Depending on what is provided on the revised Development Plan and changes to this plan further comments may be forth coming.
