The building plan has been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed. 2. Per the parking calculation provided on the "ARCHITECTURAL SITE PLAN" there are four (4) accessible spaces provided. Per the as-built drawings, revised architectural site plan and the photos there are only two (2) accessible parking spaces on site. Please clarify. 3. The proposed access ramps near the southwest corner of the building require detectable warnings (truncated domes). See ICC/ANSI A117.1-2003 Section 406.13 for the location. 4. Zoning is willing to provide an over-the-counter review once the above comments have been addressed. Call or email for an appointment.
