Engineering Division does not recommend approval of the building plan at this time. Please address the following review comments prior to the next submittal. Building Plan: 1. Please include a response letter to the comments along with the corrected copies of the Building Plan. 2. Floodplain Use permit required for improvement of structures located within identified 100-year floodplains. Submit application for issuance of floodplain use permit. Note there is a $50.00 application fee for issuance of a floodplain use permit. Along with submittal of floodplain use permit provide a cost estimate completed by a licensed contractor indicating cost of improvement including material and labor. 3.
