Comments:

1. Zoning has reviewed the plot plan for the proposed addition permit but cannot approve the plan at this time for the following reasons.

a. Remove all non-relevant general notes on the plot plans as discussed per the phone conversation.

b. Zoning is willing ot review and approve the plot plan over the counter once the revision have been made. Please call in advance for an appointment if the applicant wishes to have zoning review and approve the plan over the counter. PLease keep in mind that any approval stamps by Engineering or Residential will be requiredn on the revised plot plan.
