Live performances, as indicate on the plan, are grouped with the Entertainment category in the LUC. Entertainment is not an allowed use within a SR zoned property. Provide a letter of determination from the Zoning Administrator indicating this use will be allowed as a secondary use or ancillary use to the Recreation Use of the park. 2. Provide a parking calculation for all uses on the entire property including the proposed new use, clearly indicating that there is the number of required parking spaces available for all uses. 3. Per DS 2-08.5.1.C the indicated pedestrian circulation path (sidewalk0 from the parking spaces to the proposed buildings and use area is not allowed to be constructed of asphaltic concrete. This sidewalk must meet the requirements for an accessible route. Clearly indicate slope, type of materials, location of ramps if required for the sidewalk. Provide truncated domes, per ANSI 117.1-2003 Sec. 705.5, 406.13 on the sidewalk or ramp at the transition from the vehicular use area to the sidewalk. This letter contains comments which need to be addressed by written responses to each which indicate any actions taken. In order to facilitate a shorter second review, all corrections and revisions must be made on the original plans and two complete new sets of prints, along with one complete redlined set, must be returned to our office. To avoid delays, ensure that all corrections have been made, are complete, and have been coordinated on all applicable detail and note sheets, and that all changes have been highlighted with appropriate revision numbers, revision dates, and “cloud bubbles.” Pen or pencil corrections on final prints are not acceptable. This project has been reviewed for conformance with the City of Tucson Land Use Code 1995 and the City of Tucson Development Standards 2000 as amended and supplemented. Any revisions to this plan will require an additional review and approval by Willdan.
