The resubmittal for the Electrical Plan has been denied.

There appears to be confusion on what is actually required regarding compliance with The City of Tucson/Pima County Outdoor Lighting Ord. #10135. I am sending a copy of this ordinance in order to help clarify the issue.

Page 7 of the ordinance shows Table 5.1, this project is located in Lighting Area 3, you then choose option 1 or 2.
A count of all lumen is listed per fixtures used and totaled. The area used in the table is one net acre, find the size of your property in proportion to one acre and find the allowed lumens to that area---compare the number of lumens allowed and the amount used and that will tell if compliance is met. Show this on one of the electrical sheets and you are finished. Resubmit.
