DS 2-02.2.1.13 The signs indicated in note #24 are not allowed to be located within the right of way without a Temporary Revocable Easement (TRE) from the real-estate division of the City of Tucson. If a TRE is applied for and is granted provide documentation with the next submittal. 2. The required 10' landscape border along the street frontage is not indicated nor does it appear to have enough room. See landscape comments. A redesign of this project may be required. 3. The above comments are minor in nature and this project could be reviewed over the counter by setting an appointment with me.
