This site plan was reviewed for compliance with the City of Tucson Development Standards (D.S.) and Land Use Code (LUC). 2. Have the COT DSD Permit Counter revise your permit to reflect the relocation of the kitchen as shown not an addition of a rear porch. 3. Provide the zoning for the adjacent parcels on the plan. 4. Based on the provided elevations showing a 10'-0" wall height, to finished floor, along the east property line, the required setback for proposed additions would be 7'-0" not 6'-0" as shown on the plan. A Design Development Option (DDO) will be required if you wish to maintain the 6'-0" setback.
