The developed length of the water piping is much greater than 70 feet, the specified water closet requires a minimum pressure greater than 15 PSI, the pressure drop of a reduced pressure backflow preventer shall be included, and the static lift (elevation) from the water meter to the highest outlet shall be included. Reference Section 610.1, UPC 2006. 5. Include specifications for all of the plumbing fixtures being installed. 6. Clarify the specification of the lavatories (P-1): they are specified to be wall-hung but are shown as counter-mounted. Also, is the P-1 shown adjacent to the refrigerator and dishwasher the same as the P-1 lavatories? Reference Section 103.2.3, UPC 2006. 7. Finish the water isometric diagram to include the hot water piping, hot water return piping, and all of the pipe sizes. Reference section 103.2.3, UPC 2006. 8.
