4. Revise the water calculations to correspond to this project. The developed length of the water piping is much greater than 70 feet, the specified water closet requires a minimum pressure greater than 15 PSI, the pressure drop of a reduced pressure backflow preventer shall be included, and the static lift (elevation) from the water meter to the highest outlet shall be included. Reference Section 610.1, UPC 2006.
5. Include specifications for all of the plumbing fixtures being installed.
6. Clarify the specification of the lavatories (P-1): they are specified to be wall-hung but are shown as counter-mounted. Also, is the P-1 shown adjacent to the refrigerator and dishwasher the same as the P-1 lavatories? Reference Section 103.2.3, UPC 2006.
7. Finish the water isometric diagram to include the hot water piping, hot water return piping, and all of the pipe sizes. Reference section 103.2.3, UPC 2006.
8. Show how the temperature of the hot water supply to the public lavatories is controlled. Reference Section 413.1, UPC 2006 and Section 504.3, IECC 2006.
9. Show that the shower control valve complies with the requirements of ASSE 1016. Reference Section 418.0, UPC 2006.
10. Provide combustion air openings for the water heater. Reference Section 507, UPC 2006.
11. Show that the size and termination of the gas vents complies with the requirements of Section 510.6, UPC 2006.
