The required setback to the adjacent R-1 zoned property (perimeter yard indicator AA) is the greater of 6 feet or 2/3 height per LUC Sec. 3.2.6.4. Revise setbacks accordingly to meet code. If LUC setback requirements cannot be met, a Design Development (DDO) option is required. The application for DDO, including a list of submittal requirements, may be found on the City of Tucson Development Services website or may be obtained at the zoning review counter of the Public Works building, located at 201 N. Stove Avenue. 2. Provide a copy of the last approved site plan indicating permitting of the accessory structures, especially the storage shed which does not meet setback requirements and is located in the northeast corner of the site. 3. Add a note to the site plan and floor plan of the proposed guest house indicating that there is a permanent 5-foot opening between the rooms labeled "family room" and dining room". 4. Revise the location map to indicate the correct property. |
