1) this project is a parking lot re-stripe per plan notation.

2) list the zoning of the site as C-2, and adjacent zoning to south as C-2, zoning to east as R-2.

3) clarify if the sidewalk along the north edge of the building is new, the Assessor's photo shows an asphalt lip and a tree in this area that would first need to be removed

4) call out the position of the disabled access ramp on the plan, indicating that it will meet COT standards

5) sidewalks must be 4' wide clear per DS 2-08, thus the position of the handicapped parking ID sign is in conflict with the sidewalk clearance, as it is shown being posted in this 4' mandatory clear area. revise location - fence? Wall?

6) call out any fences or walls on the site perimeter

7) call out the radius and depth of the back up spur at the south side of the site and whether existing

8) call out the width of the sidewalk between the parking spaces and the front entry to the building and label as existing.

9) clarify the vertical clearance of the porch from asphalt in the parking area - slight overhang

10) call out the curbing on the site where applicable

11) please reference the dates of the old aerials and any assessor's history information provided for the history of the development of the site.
