| 02/11/2008 | STEVE SHIELDS | ZONING | REVIEW | Denied | Zoning reviewed the building plans against the approved site plan, and noted two issues: A) the building footprint to the recreation building is a maximum width of 16' on the site plan, but is 16'6" on the building plans. They must match, without increasing the Lot coverage or FAR more than what the code allows. The width of the building, if placed in the same position, will impede the required minimum building setback at the south property line. B) on sheet 4.0, a keynote in the FFE area advises to see sheet A4.1 for detail 1 - I could not find sheet A4.1 in the set! Per conversation with Randi Nelson Shipley on 2/11/08, the difference between FFE and AFG is 6". INSERT A COPY OF THE APPROVED SITE PLAN IN WITH EACH OF THE BUILDING PLANS SETS.
