The SE-04-23 approval was based on the plan submitted at the time. The array is much tighter to the pole. Justification for the currently proposed wider spread, in supplemental materials submittal by MTG, was partially based on the incorrect information (within that information packet) that the additional antennae were to be located between existing antennae. The approved facility from 2004 would not accommodate this setup. The approval on the supplemental materials from MTG, said approval dated 11/10/07, is hereby revoked. Please provide corrected plans which accurately portay what was approved in 2004 as well as what is requested. In addition, please provide written and sealed explanation of why the conditions of the 2007 Special Exception cannot be technically met. If that is the case, the city may have to reconsider the conditions so that the conditions can be met on the site. |
