The building plan has been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed. 2. Based on the provided approved development/site plan the overall building dimensions have changed. These changes effect the development/site plan which may require a revised development plan. The issues are; removal of a required loading zone, changes in sidewalk walk width. Contact Patricia Gehlen @ 837-4919 in regards to the requirements for the revised development plan. 3. Zoning will re-review the building plan on the next submittal to insure compliance with the approved and stamped site plan. Additional comments may be forthcoming.
