Engineering Division does not recommend approval of the site plan or grading plan revisions at this time. The following items need to be addressed: SITE PLAN COMMENTS: 1) Revise Keynote # 57 or provide in plan view the invert elevation and top of manhole elevation for the proposed manhole within the public right-of-way. 2) Revise detail 2/g2.0 to label the required scuppers under the pedestrian circulation area. Provide a reference to a Standard Detail for Public Improvement for the type of scupper proposed. Per the last approved grading plan a Type 2 scupper was required. GRADING PLAN COMMENTS: 3) Provide a revised grading plan sheet (C1.0) that reflects all proposed changes that are on the revised site plan. Specifically the revised area adjacent to the handicap parking. The grading plan sheet does not reflect the site plan revisions. 4) Provide the docket and page numbers for both new 15-foot Electrical easements per the revised site plan. Docket 13258 Page 3040 and Docket 13332 Page 4428. 5) Provide the invert elevation and top of manhole elevation for the proposed manhole (Keynote #48) within the public right-of-way. All elevation for grading purposes must be shown. 6) Provide the invert elevations for the proposed clean outs (Keynote #62) as shown on the revised plan sheet. All elevation for grading purposes must be shown. 7) Clarify that the proposed 2- 6 inch PVC pipes (Keynote #36) under the pedestrian circulation area is capable of conveying the 10 year flow event. Per the last approved grading plan this area required a Type 2 sidewalk scupper, clarify. 8) Clarify the bubbled revision extending thru the PAAL on the east side of the building. GENERAL COMMENTS: Please provide a revised site plan and grading plan sheet that addresses the comments provided above. Include a comprehensive response letter addressing in detail responses to all of the above comments. Enclose "redlines" with the resubmittal package.
