Note that the latter option shall require that the easements are recorded prior to issuance of building permit. 2. Fill in the official date of the Scenic Corridor Overlay zone approval at the bottom left of the site plan. This date will be per the CDRC Manager's letter (all divisions of DSD have approved the Scenic application as of 02/12/08) 3.
