RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: Site Plan

SUMMARY: Engineering Division of Development Services Department has received and reviewed the proposed site plan for the above referenced property. Engineering Division does not recommend approval of the site plan at this time. Please address the following review comments prior to the next submittal.

Please include a response letter to the comments along with the corrected copies of the site plan.

Site Plan:

1. Show sight visibility triangles for the parking areas and for the main entry into the site. Since Canada Street is not paved, indicate the edge of the usual travel lane as the base of the SVT. If the parking arrangement that is shown on the plan is approved through the variance process, show how the customer service trailer will not block the vision of drivers backing into the street.

2. Explain by note or in a response letter how solid waste will be removed from the property. If roll cans are used, show their storage location on the plan.

3. Explain if additional paving is required or proposed for this site. Keep in mind if there is, then a revised drainage statement or drainage report will be required

4. None of the comments appears to have been addressed on site plan. Unable to determine any modifications. In addition, no comment letter was provided. Be sure to verify that response letter is submitted with next submittal.

5. Additional comments may be forthcoming.
