TRANSMITTAL DATE: August 14, 2007

1. The building plan has been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed

2. Zoning could not verify that the building plan was in compliance with the approved site plan. Please submit two copies of the approved and stamped site, and if applicable landscape, and NPPO plans with the next building plan submittal.

3. Detail 4 Sheet SP-1 provide a dimension from the northwest corner of the building to the corner of the proposed ramp so that the minimum 4' sidewalk width can be verified.

4. Detail 5 Sheet SP-1 provide a dimension from the building to the edge of the proposed ramp so that the minimum 4' sidewalk width can be verified.

5. Floor Plan 2 Sheet a3.0, detail reference 3/A1.0 outlines a detail for the accessible ramp. Detail 2 on sheet a1.0 is a detail for a dumpster wall. Clarify.

6. Floor Plan 2 Sheet a3.0 provide a dimension from the proposed Furr-out, located just to the southeast of the proposed accessible ramp, to the corner of the proposed ramp so that the minimum 4' sidewalk width can be verified.

7. Floor Plan 2 Sheet a3.0 provide a minimum clear dimension between the proposed furr-outs.

8. Sheet a4.0, Demo Keynote #12 references "REMOVE/REPLACE EXISITNG BICYCLE PARKING REF. 8/A1.0". There is no detail #8 on sheet A1.0. If replacing existing bicycle parking racks the minimum requirements of D.S. 2-09.5 must met. Provide the required dimensions per D.S. 2-09.5 so that zoning can verify the minimum requirements.

9. Floor plan 2 Sheet a5.0 it appears that a new accessible ramp is to be constructed at the south end of this plan, if this is correct the comment 8 above applies.

10. Zoning will re-review the building plan on the next submittal to insure compliance with the approved and stamped site plan. Additional comments may be forthcoming.

11. Zoning will provide an over the counter review once the above comments have been addressed, please call or email for an appointment.
