1. Place panel calculations on the plans, minimum font size 1/8". Reference Section 302.3, Uniform Administrative Code, 1997.
2. If this were single phase, 120V to ground, line-to-line voltage would be 240V. for the Mechanical Unit a total of 5313 watts is not reasonable, because the unit would draw only 22.1A. Would not be on a 100A breaker. Reference NEC 430.52.
3. The 1800W Water Heater would draw 7.5A. Overcurrent protection undersized per NEC 422.11 (E).
4. See the attached for single phase 3-wire panel connections. Setup of load calculations does not demonstrate that no phase is overloaded.
5. Add 25% for continuous loads and for largest motor.
