3. Plans indicate that the fused disconnect does not pertain to this project. See the note on the line diagram, and Note 8 on Sheet 2. If this is the case, it needs to be demonstrated that the Sunpower Inverter does not produce backfeed current. Please provide this documentation. Reference NEC 690.9 Exception (B).
