The location of the property is within the 1953 City Limits Boundary, which has been designated as a Historic Core. b. All demo permit requests that fall within this boundary and where the building to be demolished was built prior to 1962 must be reviewed through the Historic Preservation Review process. c. The building to be demolished has been noted by the Pima County Assessor's information as constructed in 1946, see attached documents. d. Zoning will re-review and stamp the demo permit plans once the HPZ process has been completed and a decision by the DSD Director and the Building Official has been made. e. Contact Frank Podgorski at 837-4962 for the application and information on the Historic Preservation Review process. |
