This site plan was reviewed for compliance with the City of Tucson Development Standards (D.S.) and Land Use Code (LUC) for full code compliance for the area of expansion only. 2. After a search of records, Zoning found the most current last approved site plan (see attached). This site plan should include the site and building located to the north, see last approved site plan. Zoning has redlined the Code Tabulations with a few recommendations to assist in revising the site plan in regards to the following calculations: vehicle parking, bicycle parking, expansion. 3. Ensure that all changes to the site plan are reflected on the landscape plan. 4. Zoning is willing to provide an over the counter review once the above comments have been addressed. Please call or email for an appointment. 5. Additional comments may be forth coming depending on how each comment has been addressed.
