The current submittal lists both the 2003 and the 2006 throughout the structural calculations and general notes. 5) Please provide the last approved site plan in accordance with the submittal requirements of the City of Tucson. 6) Please provide the information regarding the existing wall shoring and remove it as a deferred submittal per section 106.1.1 of the 2006 IBC as this will be one of the first items to be done as part of this project. In addition, the current submittal denotes that the roof joists will be a deferred submittal, but they have been designed within the structural calculations and specified on the plans. Please remove this as a deferred submittal and specify the associated joist hangers accordingly. 7) Please coordinate the denoted soils analysis between the structural general notes, the structural calculations and the provided soils analysis per section 106.1.1 of the 2006 IBC. The currently submitted soils analysis differs from the one listed within the structural general notes and nothing was listed within the structural calculations. 8) Please revise the listed special inspections for this project to include the installation of the helical piers and the testing of the cementitious grout fill in accordance with chapter 17 of the 2006 IBC. 9) Please provide completed special inspection forms for the following: a) Engineered fill placement b) Structural masonry c) Expansion and Epoxy bolts d) Helical piers e) Cementitious Grout fill testing 10) Please specify on the plans the required spacing/placement of the helical piers per the structural calculations per section 106.1.1 of the 2006 IBC. In addition, please provide verification that the final pier location will occur completely within the property boundries per section 106.1.1 of the 2006 IBC. 11) Please provide the architectural plans referenced in keynotes 4 & 6 on Sheet S2.0 per section 106.1.1 of the 2006 IBC. 12) Please provide a lateral analysis for the structure per section 106.1.1 of the 2006 IBC as the north wall, the roof diaphragm, and the east wall foundation are to be replaced. 13) Please specify the utilities that are to be disconnected and reconnected as part of the slab lift process per section 106.1.1 of the 2006 IBC in order to specify the proper field inspections. 14) Please specify on the plans that this project will revert the structure to a shell status only and that a separate permit will be required for the future tenant improvement. 15) Please provide structural calculations for the steel lintels and ledger installation per section 106.1.1 of the 2006 IBC. |
