Add Antennas to Existing Tower TRANSMITTAL: 07/13/07 COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings along with redlines and a response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments regarding the Land Use Code and Development Standards were addressed. 1. Revise the project address indicated on all plans to the correct address. 2. The indicated adjacent zoning to the east of the proposed site, (Zoning: P), is incorrect. The correct zoning is R-1. Revise. 3. The Cell Tower site plan has been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until it has been approved by the Special Exception section of DSD. 4. A copy of the Special Exception approval letter must accompany the plan. Additional comments may be forth coming based on approval conditions. 5. Provide a copy of the last approved site plan for the self-storage site. 6. On the site plan clearly indicate the location of the required technician parking space. 7. It appears the electrical service is being located on a different parcel than the cell tower site. An electrical easement will be required from the panels to the parcel 8. An access easement is required to be provided to the two parcels from Valencia. Parcels cannot be land locked. Provide recording docket and page information on the site plan for the access easement to the cell tower parcels. Clearly indicate the limits of the access easement.
