COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings and a response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments regarding the Land Use Code and
Development Standards were addressed.

1. This site plan was reviewed for compliance with the City of Tucson Development Standards (D.S.) and Land Use Code (LUC) for full code compliance for area of expansion only.

2. Based on the current City of Tucson Zoning map, this property is zoned I1 and is not part of the Tucson Airport Authority. As there is not a use specified on the plan Zoning has review this site plan as a Transportation Service, Air Carrier. This said per LUC Sec. 2.7.2.2.C, Transportation Service, Air Carrier is not an allowed use within the I1 zone. Provide documentation which that allows this use within the I1 zone or documentation which supports this lot being part of the Tucson Airport Authority. Additional comments maybe forth coming.

3. Additional comments may be forth coming depending on how each comment has been addressed.
