A site card submittal is required. The last approved site plan can be used as the site plan and indicate on the plan the location of the cell site (cross reference to sheet A-0 & A-1) . Copies of the last approved site plan may be found in our records division (provide two copies). 2. . The Cell Tower site plan will be reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until it has been approved by the Special Exception section of DSD. 3. A copy of the Special Exception approval letter must accompany the plan. Depending on conditions of approval further comments may be forth coming. 4. Clearly indicate the location of the technician parking space. 5. The eight (8) foot in height wall enclosure must meet the required setbacks applicable to buildings on site per LUC Sec. 3.2.5.2.H. The required setback from the property line along the west side street perimeter per LUC Sec. 3.2.6.5.A is 20' or 1 ½ times the height of the structure, therefore a setback of twenty (20) feet is required. The plans indicate a setback of ten (10) feet from the west property line. A design development option (DDO) will be required. Forms for the DDO can be obtained at the DSD front counter.
