TRANSMITTAL DATE: May 14, 2009

COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings and a response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments regarding the Land Use Code and Development Standards were addressed.

1. This site plan was reviewed for compliance with the City of Tucson Development Standards (D.S.) and Land Use Code (LUC) for full code compliance.

2. There is an existing telephone pedestal shown north of the entrance off of N. Cardi Blvd that appears to be within the proposed sidewalk, please clarify.

3. Please explain why sheets 2 of 3 and sheet 2.0 both have site plans. It appears that sheet 2.0 should be the revised site plan.

4. Based on the last approved site plan in The City of Tucson's records, approved by the Zoning review section on 08/15/08, see attached plan, this revision should be revision 4, please clarify.

5. Ensure that all changes to the site plan are reflected on the landscape plan.

6. Additional comments may be forth coming depending on how each comment has been addressed.

7. Once the above comments have been addressed Zoning is will to provide an over-the-counter review. Please call or email to schedule an appointment for this over-the-counter review.
