This site plan was reviewed for compliance with the City of Tucson Development Standards (D.S.) and Land Use Code (LUC) for full code compliance. 2. There is an existing telephone pedestal shown north of the entrance off of N. Cardi Blvd that appears to be within the proposed sidewalk, please clarify. 3. Please explain why sheets 2 of 3 and sheet 2.0 both have site plans. It appears that sheet 2.0 should be the revised site plan. 4. Based on the last approved site plan in The City of Tucson's records, approved by the Zoning review section on 08/15/08, see attached plan, this revision should be revision 4, please clarify. 5.
