TRANSMITTAL DATE: May 22, 2007

COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings and a response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments regarding the Land Use Code and Development Standards were addressed.

1. This site plan was reviewed for compliance with the City of Tucson Development Standards (D.S.) and Land Use Code (LUC) for full code compliance for expansion area only.

2. List the Board of Adjustment Case Number C10-00-06 in the lower right-hand corner. List the Board of Adjustment conditions on the site plan.

3. Provide documentation that shows that the existing building located in the southeast corner of the site was permitted, i.e. a site plan with City of Tucson approval stamps.

4. Per the Assessor's Record Map, see attached, appears that this project is comprised of three (3) different parcels. There are two (2) options in regards to utilizing the three (3) parcels as one site. Prior to approval of the site plan provide; 1) A Pima County Tax Parcel Combo and a recorded covenant regarding development and use of real property, or 2) Provide a site plan for each parcel that shows how the parcels can stand alone and meet the requirements of the LUC if sold separately along with a recorded covenant regarding development and use of real property.

5. D.S. 2-02.2.1.A.4 Provide a location map which meets the minimum requirements of D.S. 2-05.2.1.D on the site plan.

6. D.S. 2-02.2.1.A.5 Provide the lot dimensions and bearings on the site plan.

7. D.S. 2-02.2.1.A.8 Provide dimension the two proposed parking spaces. Per D.S. 3-05.2.1.3 the space located next to the chain link fence and rolling gate is required to be ten (10) foot wide. It appears that once the space located next to the fence meets the required 10 foot width then the space located next to the dumpster will also be required to meet this 10 foot width

8. D.S. 2-02.A.2.1.10 Provide existing sight visibility triangles (SVT"S)on the site plan.

9. D.S. 2-02.A.2.1.28 Provide the zoning of the adjacent parcels on the site plan.

10. Additional comments may be forth coming depending on how each comment has been addressed.
