This site plan was reviewed for compliance with the City of Tucson Development Standards (D.S.) and Land Use Code (LUC) for full code compliance for the full site. 2. Show the shed on the plan as to be demolished. A separate demolition permit is required. D.S. 2-02.2.1.A.6 Per the latest aerial photo there appears to be some type of storage shed located in the southwest corner of the parcel, clarify. 3. D.S. 2-02.A.2.1.12 Clarify how the proposed sidewalk will connect to the existing curb access ramp located within the right-of-way (ROW) along Irvington Road. 4. D.S. 2-02.A.2.2.A.4 The revised bicycle parking calculation is incorrect. Per LUC Sec. 3.3.3.5 If the calculated number of required bicycle parking spaces is less than two (2), the minimum number of required spaces is two (2). Revise the required and provide bicycle parking calculations accordingly. For your information a single inverted "U" rack can support two (2) bicycles. 5. Zoning is willing to provide an over the counter review once the above comments have been addressed. Call or email to schedule an appointment. 6.
