Provide a backwater valve per Section 710.1, UPC 2003, as amended by the City of Tucson with cleanouts per Section 707.4 and venting per Section 904.1, UPC 2003. 3. Clarify the size of the building sewer; it is shown as 4" on the site plan and 3" on sheet P-1.
