1. The building plan has been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until it has been approved by the Engineering, and Landscape Review Sections and until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed.

2. Zoning could not verify that the building plan was in compliance with the approved site plan. Please submit two copies of the approved and stamped site, landscape, and NPPO plans with the next building plan submittal.

3. Zoning will re-review the building plan on the next submittal to insure compliance with the approved and stamped site plan. Additional comments may be forthcoming.

2. Keynote 7.2 (sheets A-2, A-3, and A-4) calls out a new gas-fired water heater for this project and sheet E-1 shows no power for an electric water heater but an electric water heater is specified on sheet P-1. Please coordinate the project.
3. If the project includes natural gas appliances, provide a natural gas piping design, including the piping layout on a floor plan and a natural gas schematic showing the sizes, loads and developed lengths of the piping. Reference Section 103.2.3, UPC 2003.
4. Provide waste and vent isometrics and water supply isometrics. Reference Section 103.2.3, UPC 2003.
5. Provide the minimum plumbing facilities required by Table 2902.1, IBC 2003, for business occupancy (e.g. a drinking fountain).
6. Provide material standards for all plumbing fixtures being provided by others. Reference Section 401.1, UPC 2003.
