COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings along with redlines and a response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments regarding the Land Use Code and Development Standards were addressed.

1. Per the aerial photos, 1998, 2002, and 2005, there appears to have been many structures added to this property possibly with out permits. Provide City of Tucson approved documentation that all structures and the current use for this site are in compliance with City of Tucson Land Use Code and Development Standards.

Permits for the cell tower cannot be issued until all violations are resolved for the entire site.

05/19/2007 PATRICIA GILBERT ENGINEERING REVIEW Approved Drainage study conducted by JE Fuller Hydrology and Geomorphology, Inc. demonstrated a stormdrain sewer system has the capacity to hold the 100 year event within this area.
