Per LUC Sec. 3.2.5.2.H and .I The 8'-8" wall surrounding the equipment must meet the perimeter yard setbacks. Per LUC Sec. 3.2.6.5.A the required street perimeter yard setback within an established area is 20' or 11/2 times the height of the structure, whichever is greater. The required setback from the street property line for this proposed wall is therefore 20'. The plans indicate a setback of 16'-3". Revise plans to meet this requirement or a Design Development Option (DDO) variance can be applied for. 2. Provide a copy of the last stamped and approved site plan for the entire site.
