Attach a response letter with the next submittal, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments regarding the Land Use Code and Development Standards were addressed. 2. This comment was not fully addressed. See attached Assessor's Record Map. If a lot combo is proposed provide the approved Pima County Tax Parcel Combo and the recorded Covenant Regarding Development and Use of Real Property. The proposed lot located on the southwest corner of this plan does not match the existing Assessor's Record Map. It appears that some type of lot split, line reconfiguration, and/or lot combination has occurred in this area. Provide City of Tucson approvals for this action. DS 2-02.2.1.B This comment has not been addressed. The current lot lines to not reflect the current assessors records map. The location of lot lines is difficult to determine. Revise site plan to show all property lines with a bold line and add the location of all property pins using a circle or other standard symbol. 3. Zoning acknowledges that your "client would line to address this comment once all code issues have been resolved". Until all comments have been addressed zoning cannot approve this site plan. DS 2-02.2.1.A.2 This comment as not been addressed. Provide City of Tucson approved documentation for the 2001, 2003, 2004 & 2006 lot split/combos which have been done in regards to this property. This comment has not been addressed. Provide documentation for the lot combination. A lot combination is required. If a lot reconfiguration or lot combination has been approved for any portion of this project, provide a copy of the approved documents.
