Comments:

1. The building plan has been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until it has been approved by the Engineering, and Landscape Review Sections and until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed.

2. The building plan does not match the approved site plan. The extension of building #2 is indicated on the site plan as 1500 sq. ft. and the new building as 1100 sq. ft. The building plans indicate the extension of building #2 as 1950 sq. ft. and the new building as 1000 sq. ft. Revise building plans or submit a revised site/development plan.

3. Sheet A-1 of the submitted building plans indicates there have been changes made to the location of the loading zone, changes made to the size of the office building, deletion of some sidewalks and addition of others. If this is how the site is going to be constructed a revised site/development plan will be required to be submitted.
