COMMENTS: Please attach a response letter with the next submittal, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments regarding the Land Use Code and Development Standards were addressed.


1) This review is for a single family residence (SFR) in the Wildcat Pass subdivision. This portion of the subdivision is a residential cluster project (RCP) in the R-1 zone. An approved grading plan is required before a plot plan can be approved in this subdivision. (A grading plan [T07BU00463] and a flood plain use permit [T07OT00494] are in for review.)

2) Please provide all required dimensions on the plot plan. A plot plan model / instruction sheet has been provided with the comments. This sheet can also be acquired at the zoning review counter.
