Please demonstrate barrier free accessibility on the plot plan and the grading plan. Place the following note on the plot plan: "Provide barrier free accessibility from the sidewalk to the house." 4. Please provide dimensions for the placement of the house. Dimension from the nearest wall of the house to each property line. 5. Address the following comments for resubmittal. SITE AND GRADING PLAN COMMENTS: 1) DS Sec.11-01.2.1.A: Site Plan may be labeled as Site/Grading Plan. 2) DS Sec.3-01.4.4.B: Revise cross section and/or provide the following additional cross sections for clarification: a) Provide a section at the extreme cut condition proposed at the north corner of the building pad. This section shall include an interceptor swale at top of slope. Any slopes proposed steeper than 2:1(H:V) shall require support by a geotechnical report. b) Provide a cross section of the proposed driveway with grades, and elevations at the street. 3) DS Sec.11-01.4.1.C.3: Delineate grading limits to show as including the proposed utilities and the limits need to provide for sufficient space for grading construction.
