RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: SITE PLAN

1. Provide future sight visibility triangles for the ingress/egress to Speedway Blvd. DS 2-02.2.1.A.10., DS 3-01.5.0.

2. Provide cut and fill quantities in cubic yards on the site plan. If the cut and fill quantities equal zero indicate on the plan. DS 2-02.2.1.A.17.

3. Provide from the street centerline of Speedway Blvd. the future and existing ½ ROW width, curb and sidewalk location. If the existing ROW width is the same as the future ROW width clear indicate on the plan. DS 2-02.2.1.A.19., 21.

4. Clearly indicate on the plan the connection the sidewalk from the proposed structure to the ADA ramp located within the ROW. Be advised the ramp may need to be revised to meet current code.
