Add a note to the plan stating "THIS SITE PLAN IS DESIGNED TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE OVERLAY ZONES CRITERIA: SEC. 2.8.1, HILLSIDE DEVELOPMENT ZONE (HDZ) AND SEC. 2.8.6M ENVIRONMENTAL RESOURCE ZONE (ERZ). 3. Zoning cannot approve the site plan until the HDZ Overlay Zone review (T06SA00107) has been approved by all agencies. 4. Zoning is available for an over the counter review once the above comments have been addressed.
