Please include a response letter with the next submittal that states how all comments have been addressed. RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: SITE PLAN DRAINAGE REPORT APPROVED 1. Site plan cannot be approved until recordation information (Docket and Page) has been provided on the plans. Temporary construction easement has been acknowledged however, appropriate documentation with the next submittal and include the recordation data on the site and grading plan. 2. The above comment is from the previous review. The response to this comment was that the offsite work has been eliminated and the construction easement is still proposed. However the site plan still shows off site grading. Clarify in detail in the response letter and on the site plan if off site work is proposed or not. If there is proposed offsite work show on the plan and provide the recordation data for the construction easement. Clarify on the plan if public or private. |
