DS 2-02.2.1.12 Clearly indicate that all sidewalks are physically separated from vehicular use areas. It appears that garage doors will be installed in all buildings on the south side. If this is the case handicap ramps and crosswalks will be required at the sidewalks where they cross in front of the proposed garage doors. Truncated domes are required when transitioning from the pedestrian path to a vehicular use area (on each side of the ramp to the garage doors). 2. A continuous pedestrian circulation path is required between all buildings. Not completed between buildings 2 and 3. 3. These comments are minor in nature and the review can be completed by setting an appointment with me for an over the counter review. Please include a response letter with the next submittal that states how all comments have been addressed. RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: SITE PLAN DRAINAGE REPORT APPROVED 1. The revised site plan now shows off site work on the southeast side of the property. Be advised written permission form the owner and a temporary construction easement will be required for the off site work. Provide appropriate documentation with the next submittal and include the recordation data on the site and grading plan. The above comment is from the previous review. The response to this comment was that the offsite work has been eliminated and the construction easement is still proposed. However the site plan still shows off site grading. Clarify in detail in the response letter and on the site plan if off site work is proposed or not. If there is proposed offsite work show on the plan and provide the recordation data for the construction easement. Clarify on the plan if public or private. |
