TRANSMITTAL DATE: August 7, 2007

COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings and a response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments regarding the Land Use Code and Development Standards were addressed.

1. This site plan was reviewed for compliance with the City of Tucson Development Standards (D.S.) and Land Use Code (LUC) for full code compliance.

2. The certificate of occupancy for this project will not be issued until violation T07DV06636 has been cleared.

3. Per D.S. 2-09.4.3 Bicycle parking facilities will be separated from vehicular parking and drive areas by a barrier of sufficient distance to prevent damage to the parked bicycles. This said provide some type of barrier that will protect the bicycles.

4. The provided bicycle detail shows 1'-6" provided from the end of the rack to the railing and 2'-0" from the side of the rack to the railing. Per D.S. 2-09.5.1.B the required distance from the end of the rack is 36", and from the side of the rack is 30 ".

5. Provide a dimension from the proposed railings at the handicapped access ramp to the west side of the PAAL. D.S. 2-02.2.1.A.11.

6. Remove all revision clouds from the plan. Revision clouds are not necessary until after the plan are approved.

7. Ensure that all changes to the site plan are reflected on the landscape plan.

8. Once all comments above have been addressed zoning will provide an over the counter review. Call or email for an appointment.
