1. Minimum size for DC Ground is #8 (CU). Reference NEC 250.166 (B). This could best be resolved by resizing the GROUND between the Inverter and Meter, and between the Meter and the Existing Electrical Service, in which case that conductor would serve as both Grounding Electrode Conductor and Equipment Grounding Conductor.
2. Add the following labeling to the 20/2 breaker at the Existing Service: "Photovoltaic disconnect located on east exterior wall."
3. Add the following labeling to the Inverter (Photovoltaic Disconnect): "Utility disconnect located on south exterior wall."
4. Minimum font size is 1/8". Please blow up lettering as much as practicable, as we reduce by 50% for the purpose of archiving.
