Harrison Road, C-2 Zone) The decision letter for special exception case number SE-07-11 was received and the plans were reviewed for compliance with the conditions as specified in the letter. Please reference the special exception case number (SE-07-11) on the plans. The plans indicated that the offset (stand off arm) was 22 inches. The condition requires that the offset not exceed 18 inches. Wire ports are not indicated on the plans. Notes indicating that the cables shall be routed through the interior of the pole and that the cables shall not be visible are to be included on the plans. A statement certifying that the monopole and cellular communication equipment are in compliance with all zoning and building codes must be included on the plans. The plans must include the dimensions of monopole diameter at the pole base, top and point of antenna attachment. The plans must include a note specifying that all new pole-mounted equipment shall be painted to match the existing pole and that the proposed equipment shelter shall be natural earth tones. |
