Provide a copy of the last approved site plan for this property. Addition comments may be forth coming. 2. The Special Exception review must be completed and approved prior to zoning approval of the building plan. 3. Show all easements of record on the plan. If not already in place an easement will be required from the proposed T.E.P pole to the proposed enclosure. 4. The area shown as the proposed T-Mobil parking space needs to be paved. It is unclear on the plan, please clarify. 5. Per Ordinance No. 10362 Condition #2 the replace pole shall not exceed 40 feet in height. The plan shows 40'-3 5/8" high. 6. Per Ordinance No. 10362 Condition #3 add a note to the plan stating that "THE REPLACEMENT POLE SHALL BE PAINTED TO MATCH EXISTING POLES IN THE AREA". 7. Per Ordinance No. 10362 Condition #4 add a note to the plan stating that "THE MASONRY WALL SURROUNDING THE LEASE SITE SHALL BE TEXTURED AND PAINTED TO MATCH OTHER BUILDINGS IN THE IMMEDIATE VICINTY". 8. Per Ordinance No. 10362 Condition #5 add a note to the plan stating that "ALL WALLS VISIBLE FROM A PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY AND/OR ADJACENT OT EXISTING RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT, ARE TO BE GRAFFITI-RESISTANT AND INCORPORATE ONE (1) OR MORE VISUALLY APPEALING DESIGN TREATMENTS, SUCH AS THE USE OF TWO (2) OR MORE DECORATIVE MATERIALS LIKE STUCCO, TILE, STONE, OR BRICK; A VISUALLY INTERESTRING DESIGN ON THE WALL SURFACE; VARIED WALL ALIGNMENTS, (JOG, CURVE, NOTCH, SETBACK, ETC); AND/OR TREES AND SHRUBS IN VOIDS CREATED BY THE WALL VARIATIONS". 9. Per Ordinance No. 10362 Condition #6 add a note to the plan stating that "SIX (6) INCH FENCE BLOCK OR GREATER SHALL BE USED FOR PERIMETER WALLS". 10. Per Ordinance No. 10362 Condition #3 add a note to the plan stating that "ANY RELOCATION, MODIFICATION, ETC., OF EXISTING UTILITIES AND/OR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS NECESSITATED BY THE PROPOSED DEVELOPOMENT WILL BE AT NO EXPENSE TO THE PUBLIC".
