1. The submitted Hydrology Report shows the erosion hazard setback (EHS) at 8.4' from the property line. The site plan shows the addition 6.8' from the property line. Structures can not be placed with the EHS. The addition must placed outside the EHS. This office recommends to place the addition 9' from the property line. Revise the site plan to show the addition outside the EHS.

2. Provide a general note to the site plan stating this property is subject the Floodplain Ordinance Chapter 26.
