Provide a copy of the last stamped and approved site plan clearly indicating the use of the existing property, square footage of all structures, and the number of required and provided parking spaces. The plan indicates that one parking space is being removed (it appears that possibly 2 parking spaces may be removed) therefore the site plan is required to verify the number of required parking spaces is still available. 2. Provide two copies of all plans. Only one set has been resubmitted. 3. Depending on changes to the plan and responses to the above comments additional comments may be forth coming.
