Mountain Ave Cell Site---add to existing pole TRANSMITTAL: 03/20/07 COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings along with redlines and a response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments regarding the Land Use Code and Development Standards were addressed. 1. Provide a copy of the last stamped and approved site plan clearly indicating the use of the existing property, square footage of all structures, and the number of required and provided parking spaces. The plan indicates that one parking space is being removed (it appears that possibly 2 parking spaces may be removed) therefore the site plan is required to verify the number of required parking spaces is still available. Provide documentation of permitting for the 5 storage units indicated on the plan. No permits can be issued on this site until verification of permitting for all structures has been provided. These storage units appear to have been placed over parking spaces that may or may not be required parking spaces. Clarify. 2. Provide clarification for the parking space located to the east of the new equipment shelter. If the west edge of the parking space is closer than 2'-0" to the fence of the equipment shelter then the parking space is required to be 10'-0" in width. Provide dimensions. 3. Depending on changes to the plan and responses to the above comments additional comments may be forth coming.
