Comments:

1. The grading plan has been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until it has been approved by the Engineering, and Landscape Review Sections and until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed.

2. The Development Plan has been revised but the revisions have been denied. Therefore, we could not verify that the grading plan was in compliance with the approved development plan for Zoning Review. Please submit two copies of the approved and stamped Development Plan, Landscape, and NPPO plans with the next grading plan submittal.

3. Zoning will re-review the grading plan on the next submittal to ensure compliance with the approved development plan. Additional comments may be forthcoming.

TRANSMITTAL DATE: January 23, 2008

1. The grading plan has been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed.

2. Parking area island located east of Bldg. 12 does not match what is shown on the approved development plan.

3. Pedestrian access/accessible route shown between Bldg 12 & Bldg 13 does not match what is shown on the approved development plan.

4. Pedestrian access/accessible route shown near the southeast corner of Bldg 10 does not match what is shown on the approved development plan.

5. The loading zone and refuse enclosure setup, located along the east side of Bldg 10 will not work as shown and does not match the approved development plan.

6. The refuse enclosure located along the east side of Bldg 9 does not match the approved development plan.

7. The curb ramp setup and sidewalk located on the east side of the entrance PAAL off of Wetmore Road does not match the approved development plan.

8. Zoning will re-review the grading plan on the next submittal to insure compliance with the approved and stamped site plan. Additional comments may be forthcoming.
