The grading plan has been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed. 2. Parking area island located east of Bldg. 12 does not match what is shown on the approved development plan. 3. Pedestrian access/accessible route shown between Bldg 12 & Bldg 13 does not match what is shown on the approved development plan. 4. Pedestrian access/accessible route shown near the southeast corner of Bldg 10 does not match what is shown on the approved development plan. 5. The loading zone and refuse enclosure setup, located along the east side of Bldg 10 will not work as shown and does not match the approved development plan. 6. The refuse enclosure located along the east side of Bldg 9 does not match the approved development plan. 7. The curb ramp setup and sidewalk located on the east side of the entrance PAAL off of Wetmore Road does not match the approved development plan. 8. Zoning will re-review the grading plan on the next submittal to insure compliance with the approved and stamped site plan. Additional comments may be forthcoming.
